Adamah Cole

Founder, Lingua Frankha

Adamah is a creative media and business professional with degrees from Dartmouth College, the Wharton School of Business and the Lauder Institute for Management & International Studies. 

His professional experience includes media strategy and business development positions for MTV and Nickelodeon at Viacom, leading grassroots marketing for the independent film 3rd Street Blackout and leading global marketing campaigns from inception through launch as a member of the brand marketing team at YouTube. 

He pairs this deep knowledge of creating and marketing content to a millennial audience with a diverse network of business and creative professionals across the media sector.

Amaris Jones

Strategy & Public Relations, Lingua Frankha

Amaris Jones is a seasoned brand strategist, marketer and communications professional with experience across the health and wellness, consumer lifestyle, tech and food and beverage spaces.

She began her career at the world-renowned communications marketing agency Edelman, and led the development and execution of marketing strategies for clients such as PepsiCo, Starbucks and Time Warner. She also developed the the first formalized plan to grow Sales revenue across USA & Syfy networks while at NBCUniversal. Additionally, Amaris led communications and marketing efforts for NASCAR’s broadcasting, digital, productions and entertainment marketing divisions as part of their Integrated Marketing Communications division.

A native of Hartford, Connecticut, Amaris graduated from Magna Cum Laude from Howard University.

Jeremy Redleaf

Jeremy Redleaf is a Daytime Emmy Award winning Writer-Director-Producer. Recent Credits include 3rd Street Blackout (a feature film co-starring Janeane Garofalo and John Hodgman) and client work for Spotify, Mozilla and Dr. Ruth Westheimer. Brackets' digital work has received coverage in Wired, Fast Company, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Esquire, Time, NY Times and The Rachel Maddow Show among others. He is also the founder of Brackets Creative.

Stephen Schaffer

Stephen Arthur Schaffer is a screenwriter and director based in Philadelphia. With a degree in Illustration from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Stephen has worked as a freelance designer, illustrator and comic book artist for nearly a decade. Stephen has written, produced and directed four short films, in addition to work on various commercial, corporate and music videos. As a filmmaker, Stephen strives to produce unique stories about people of color.

Anna Sian

Anna is a photographer and marketing strategist based in Brooklyn, NYC. After graduating from Dartmouth College, she led marketing efforts for streetwear brand Staple,  brand marketing for a photography app called VSCO, and now, for a podcasting app called Anchor. She is also part of a female creative collective called Eddie

Harsha Rao

Harsha is a screenwriter who has written several features films, TV pilots, and shorts. He has been selected to join both the Writer’s Guild Foundation’s Veterans Writing Project and invited to apply to the Sundance Screenwriter’s Lab. In his spare time, he evaluates screenplays for the Austin Film Festival, dabbles in stand-up comedy, and works as a digital strategy expert thanks to prior work experience at McKinsey & Company and Amazon.
